Educational Qualifications (External Applicants)

* Bachelor’s Degree: Must have a degree from a recognized university in Engineering, Science, Management, Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Finance.

* Postgraduate: 
Must possess a Master's Degree (MSc/MA) OR Associate Membership of a recognized professional body.

* Specific Knowledge: Must have knowledge and experience in vessel manufacturing, design, and business promotion.

* Qualifications (Internal Applicants)
Must have completed a minimum of 03 years of satisfactory service in an Assistant General Manager post (Senior Management Service category) within Ceynor Foundation Limited.
