The Smallholder Agribusiness and Resilience Project (SARP), implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture, Lands, Livestock and Irrigation and funded by IFAD, is seeking qualified Sri Lankan citizens for several specialist and support staff positions. These positions are part of a project aimed at building resilience and market participation for rural households in climate-affected districts.

Qualifications & Requirements
General Qualifications:
- Qualifications and experience as per Management Services Circular No. 01/2019.
- Proficiency in English and Computer Literacy.
- Working experience in foreign-funded projects is preferable.
- Age Limit: Below 64 years as of the closing date.
Specific Roles Brief:
- Youth Entrepreneurship Specialist: Responsible for youth strategy and capacity building to reach 20% youth beneficiary targets.
- Agri Business Specialist: Responsible for 4P partnerships, value chains, and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO).
- Livelihood Specialist: Responsible for Livelihood Resilience activities and implementing programs for 16,900 households.
- NRM & Safeguard Specialist: Coordinate social, environmental, and climate change aspects including watershed planning.
- Communication Officer: Design and implement communications and knowledge management strategy.
- Office Assistant: Provide administrative/clerical support, filing, and record keeping.
