Qualifications & Requirements
Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka with excellent moral character.
External Candidates: Must have a proficiency certificate not below National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 04 in the relevant field.
Internal Candidates: Must meet external qualifications OR be a Primary Level Un-skilled (PL 1) employee with at least 5 years of experience and skills not below NVQ Level 02.
Age Limit: Between 18 and 45 years as of the closing date (upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates).
