Qualifications Required
Applicants must meet one of the following eligibility paths:
- Path 1: A Degree in Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or Marketing with at least 3 years of experience as an Assistant/Deputy Manager.
- Path 2: A Diploma in the above fields with 5 years of relevant management experience.
- Path 3: G.C.E. (A/L) qualification with at least 10 years of extensive experience in a similar management role.
Additional Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service, housekeeping, and gardening.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Fluency in both Sinhala and English languages.
- A "can-do" attitude and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
