Qualifications Required
Candidates should meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Passed a minimum of 06 subjects at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination.
- Experience: At least 01 year of experience in Sales or Marketing. (Prior experience in the Banking & Finance sector is a distinct advantage).
- Age Limit: Between 21 and 35 years as of the closing date.
- Skills: Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Other: Holding a valid motorcycle driving license will be an added advantage.

Remuneration & Benefits
- Monthly Fixed Allowance: Rs. 65,000/-
- Incentives: Additional payments based on the officially approved People's Bank Card Sales Incentives Scheme (Performance-based).
