Qualifications & Experience
Candidates must meet the following professional criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Quantity Surveying from a university or institute recognized by the UGC.
- Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualifying experience in quantity surveying works within the construction industry.
- Age Limit: Preferably below 45 years as of the closing date.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of tender documents including BOQ, specifications, and cost estimates.
