Qualifications Required
Candidates should meet one of the following criteria:
- Option 1: Passed G.C.E. (A/L) with Full or Part Professional Qualification in Hospitality Management from a reputed institute AND 5 years' experience in a star-class hotel.
- Option 2: 06 Passes for G.C.E. (O/L) including credit passes for English & Mathematics AND 5 years' experience in a star-class hotel.
- Other Skills: Sound knowledge on kitchen equipment cleaning.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervising the function of all Stewarding department employees.
- Ensuring that all kitchen areas are cleaned and maintained up to required sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Minimizing cost through breakage control and loss prevention.
