CeyNor Foundation Ltd. is a fully government-owned company established to manufacture fishing vessels, pleasure crafts, and other fisheries-related equipment. Applications are invited from qualified Sri Lankan citizens for the following post.

Position: General Manager (HM 1-3)

Key Eligibility Requirements

1. Educational Qualifications

External Applicants:

• Recognized Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science / Management / Law / Business Administration / Public Administration

• Master’s degree (MSc / MA / MBA / MPA) OR recognized professional membership

• Knowledge and experience in boat manufacturing, designing, and marketing are highly advantageous.
  

Internal Applicants:

• Should have completed minimum 03 years of satisfactory service in the post of Deputy General Manager in CeyNor.
  

2. Experience

• Minimum 15 years of managerial experience in a government organization or recognized private institution at Manager-level or above.

• At least 03 years of the experience must be after obtaining the degree.
  

3. Age Limit

• 35 – 55 years
