Role Overview
The Aircraft Technician is responsible for delivering aircraft maintenance services to support customer airline operations. Key duties include performing Foreign Object Debris (FOD) inspections, marshaling aircraft, refueling, and conducting pre-flight/post-flight inspections. Technicians must identify technical issues, resolve malfunctions, and ensure all activities comply with strict aviation safety regulations and manufacturer manuals.

Qualifications & Experience
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Should have passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination.
- Professional Qualification: Should have a relevant vocational, tertiary, or trade qualification from a recognized Aeronautical College.
- Experience: Must possess Five (05) years of experience within Commercial Air Transport Line maintenance operations on modern Jet Aircraft.
- Age Limit: Should be below 45 years as of the closing date.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting FOD walks prior to flight arrivals and departures.
- Marshaling aircraft to parking stands or runways safely.
- Refueling aircraft according to airline guidelines.
- Performing pre-flight and post-flight inspections (checking fluids, tires, brakes, etc.).
- Diagnosing and repairing technical issues under the supervision of the ground engineer.
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
