Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC, the most awarded bank in Sri Lanka, is inviting applications for the post of Executive Assistant - Islamic Banking Unit. Preference will be given to applicants residing in Kandy, Colombo, Kurunegala, Puttalam, Ampara & Kalutara Districts.
Job Role: Executive Assistant (Islamic Banking)
The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving KPIs on Islamic Banking deposits/advances, developing revenue-generating relationships, structuring products, and evaluating credit appraisals.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should meet the following eligibility criteria:

Educational/Professional:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Banking, or Finance.
- OR A professional qualification in Banking & Finance (Diploma level) or Islamic Banking from a recognized body.
- Experience: Minimum 03 Years of experience in Islamic Banking credit and/or operational work.
- Age Limit: Below 30 Years.
- Skills: Proficiency in Sinhala/Tamil & English, IT Literacy (Microsoft Office), and knowledge of Islamic Banking product structures.
