Hatton National Bank (HNB) is holding a Walk-In Interview to recruit dynamic and ambitious individuals for the posts of Junior / Senior Sales Associates. This is a fixed-term contract/outsourced opportunity to join the "Hatna Family" and work with HNB's dynamic product portfolio.
Job Role: Sales Associate (Personal Loan / Leasing / Credit Cards)
The selected candidates will be responsible for generating effective sales leads for Personal Loans, Leasing, and Credit Cards. The role involves visiting customers, canvassing business, and maintaining long-term business relationships.
Qualifications Required
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Educational: Passed G.C.E. (A/L) Examination.
- Language: Minimum "C" Pass for English in G.C.E. (O/L).
- Age Limit: Between 21 - 25 Years.
- Experience: Minimum 01 year of sales experience in a bank/financial institution is preferred.
- Added Advantage: Full or part professional qualification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) and sports/extra-curricular achievements.
