Local Loans and Development Fund (LLDF) Vacancy 2026 – Management Assistant

The Local Loans and Development Fund (LLDF), a statutory body established under Ordinance No. 22 of 1916 and governed by the Ministry of Public Administration, is calling for applications to fill Management Assistant vacancies. This institution plays a key role in providing credit facilities for infrastructure development in local government institutions.

Job Role: Management Assistant

Selected candidates will handle non-technical tasks that facilitate executive and administrative functions at the head office. Priority will be given to applicants residing near the head office in Colombo.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Educational (O/L): Six subjects in one sitting with credit passes for four subjects, including Sinhala/Tamil and Mathematics.
  • Educational (A/L): Passed at least three subjects (excluding Common General Test).
  • Age Limit: Not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years (Upper age limit not applicable for internal applicants).

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Scale (MA 1-1): Rs. 46,220 - 10x540 - 7x630 - 4x890 - 20x1,190 - 83,390/-.
  • Allowances: Government-approved allowances will be added.
  • Employment Type: Permanent (Subject to a 03-year probationary period).
  • Benefits: EPF (8% Employee, 12% Employer) and ETF (3%).
