The National Water Supply & Drainage Board (NWSDB) is inviting applications from Sri Lankan citizens for a Quantity Surveyor position at the Kandy North Pathadumbara Integrated Water Supply Project. This is a high-level project contract role with competitive remuneration.
Job Role: Quantity Surveyor (01 Post)
This position is for the Kandy North Pathadumbara Integrated Water Supply Project The appointment is initially on a one-year contract, renewable annually based on performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- Degree Path: A successfully completed Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying (QS) recognized by the UGC OR an equivalent qualification OR Associate Membership/similar professional qualification from a recognized institution.
- Experience for Degree Path: At least Nine (09) years of post-qualifying experience in the relevant field.
- Government Service Path: An Officer of the Government All Island Services Class III/II or above in the relevant field with at least 09 years of experience in that class.
Salary & Age Limit
- Salary: Rs. 155,000/- plus Cost of Living (COL) allowance. Salary code: PS 4 Category A as per 01/2019 MSD Circular.
- Age Limit: Below 65 years as of the closing date.
