Qualifications Summary
- Assistant Director: Degree in Business Admin, HR, Management, Commerce, or Law recognized by UGC with 02 years of relevant experience.
- Procurement/Accounts Officer: Relevant degree (Management, Commerce, Accountancy, Finance) or passing the intermediate exam of a recognized chartered professional institution.
- Instructor (Drill): Should have passed 8th grade and held a rank not lower than senior non-commissioned officer in the armed forces.
Salary & Benefits
- Assistant Director: Rs. 91,690 - 168,240/-.
- Officer Level: Rs. 72,650 - 122,970/.
- Allowances: Government-approved allowances and EPF/ETF contributions are included.
