The Office on Missing Persons (OMP) is inviting applications from qualified Sri Lankan citizens for various Permanent Government Positions. Vacancies are available for Executive, Management, and Primary levels with attractive salaries under the new Management Services Circular 01/2025.

Available Vacancies & Salaries

The OMP is recruiting for the following posts:

1. Senior Executive Posts (HM 1-1)

• Heads of Division: Finance, Legal, Victim Support, Communication, Protection.
• Salary Scale: Rs. 140,640 - 202,140/- (+ Vehicle & Fuel Allowance).
• Qualifications: Degree + Postgraduate + 12-13 Years Managerial Experience.

2. Executive Posts (MM 1-1 & JM 1-1)

• Deputy/Assistant Heads: Finance, Administration.
• Regional Coordinator: (Degree + 01 Year Experience).
• IT Officer / Admin Officer: (Degree/NVQ 7).
• Victim & Family Support Officer: (Degree in Human Rights/Psychology).
• Salary (MM 1-1): Rs. 91,690 - 168,240/-
• Salary (JM 1-1): Rs. 72,650 - 122,970/-

3. Management Assistant & Data Entry (MA 1-1)

• Positions: Management Assistant (13 Posts), Data Entry Operator (06 Posts).
• Qualifications:
  • Passed G.C.E. (O/L) with 04 Credits (Language, Maths, English).
  • Passed G.C.E. (A/L) in 03 subjects.
• Salary Scale: Rs. 46,220 - 83,390/-

4. Primary Level Posts (PL 1 & PL 3)

• Driver: (O/L Passed + Heavy Vehicle License + 3 Years Exp).
  Salary: Rs. 43,280 - 67,040/-
• KKS (Office Aide): (O/L Passed in 6 subjects with 2 Credits).
  Salary: Rs. 40,500 - 62,530/-
