Job Role: Regional ICT Officer

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling IT-related tasks in the Ratnapura Regional Office, including network troubleshooting, database management, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education:
  • Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
  • Diploma in IT / Computer Applications.
• Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of Computer and Network troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Package.
  • Capability of preparing reports, handling databases, and record keeping.
