The selected candidate will be responsible for handling IT-related tasks in the Ratnapura Regional Office, including network troubleshooting, database management, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience
Candidates must meet the following criteria:

Education:
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
- Diploma in IT / Computer Applications.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Computer and Network troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in MS Office Package.
- Capability of preparing reports, handling databases, and record keeping.
