Qualifications Required

Candidates must fulfill ONE of the following qualification categories:

• Option A (Vocational):
  • NVQ Level 5 certificate in a relevant subject area from a recognized institute.
• Option B (Academic + Experience):
  • G.C.E. O/L: Passed 06 subjects with 04 Credits including Language, Science, English, and Maths.
  • G.C.E. A/L: Passed 03 Science subjects including Chemistry/Physics.
  • Experience: Minimum 02 years in a relevant field.
• Option C (Internal Trainees):
  • Completion of 1.5 years of on-the-job training as a Trainee Technical Assistant at SLSI (with relevant O/L & A/L results).
• Age Limit: Between 18 and 45 years.

Selected candidates will receive a salary based on the MA 2-2 scale (LKR 50,540 - 90,270) along with attractive benefits:
