Role Overview

The P&E Mechanic (Panel Beater) is responsible for body repair and maintenance of Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and company vehicles. Key duties include welding (OXY, ARC, TIG, MIG), fabricating metal parts, repairing body components (seats, mirrors, windshields), and ensuring all equipment is restored to factory condition. The role requires strict adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must be Sri Lankan citizens and meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification (O/L): 06 passes at G.C.E. O/L with 04 Credits including a pass for English.
• Professional Qualification:
  • Full trade qualification (Panel Beater) with a duration of more than 2 years OR
  • NVQ Level 4 certificate (Panel Beater) with a duration of more than 2 years.
• Driving License: Should possess a valid Light or Heavy vehicle driving license.
• Age Limit: The upper age limit is 30 years as of 09th January 2026.
