Qualifications:

• Head of Admin / CFO: CA qualification or equivalent, Bachelor's/Master's in Finance/Accounting, and 10 years of experience.
• Head of Claims: Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree in Business/Finance and 05 years of experience in senior management within financial institutions.
• Manager - Claims: Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance and 04 years of managerial experience in financial institutions.
• Guarantee Administration Executive: Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business and 02 years of experience in general banking/MSME lending.

Preference: Applicants should have strong communication skills and a sound knowledge of the MSME ecosystem[cite: 1414]. Banking qualifications are an added advantage for most roles.
