General Requirements:
- Applicants must be citizens of Sri Lanka.
- Age must be between 22 and 45 years (the upper age limit is not applicable to internal candidates).
- Computer literacy and sound knowledge of Transitional Justice are considered added advantages.
- Candidates must be physically and mentally fit with an excellent moral character.
Nature of Appointment: Most positions are permanent with entitlement to Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees' Trust Fund (ETF). The Secretary to the Board position is a 2-year contract appointment.
