General Requirements:
- Age Limit: For DGM and AGM positions, applicants must be between 35 and 55 years old. For Manager and Engineering Assistant roles, the age limit is 22 to 45 years. The upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates.
- Citizenship: Applicants should be suitably qualified citizens of Sri Lanka.
- Internal Candidates: Relevant qualifications for internal applicants can be inspected at the HRD Division of SLLDC.
Salary Scales (Management Service Circular 01/2025):
- DGM: Rs. 152,500 - 214,000 (HM 1-3).
- AGM: Rs. 140,640 - 202,140 (HM 1-1).
- Manager: Rs. 91,690 - 168,240 (MM 1-1).
- Senior Engineering Assistant: Rs. 72,650 - 122,970 (JM 1-1).
