Qualifications: For Executive positions: Bachelor's degree in Physics/Biological Science/Engineering/Environmental Science/Environmental Management/Green Business Management/Agriculture or related fields, OR NVQ Level 5-7 with specified years of post-qualification managerial experience[cite: 13]. For Management Assistant: Passed G.C.E. O/L in six subjects in one sitting with 4 credit passes including Sinhala/Tamil, Mathematics, and English, and passed at least 3 subjects in G.C.E. A/L.
Preference: Sri Lankan citizens with physical and mental fitness and excellent moral character[cite: 13]. Age limits: 22–45 years for Executive roles, and 18–45 years for Management Assistant.
Salary: Executive posts: Rs. 72,650 - 122,970 (JM 1-1-2025); Management Assistant: Rs. 46,220 - 84,350 (MA 1-2-2025) + Approved Allowances as per Management Services Circular No. 01/2025.
