The University Grants Commission (UGC) has officially released the minimum Z-Score cut-off marks for admission to Sri Lankan state universities for the 2025/2026 academic year.
The cut-off marks have been calculated based on the re-scrutinized (re-corrected) results of the 2025 GCE Advanced Level (A/L) Examination. These scores determine the minimum Z-Score required for students to gain admission to various undergraduate degree programmes under the normal intake, with separate cut-off marks published for each district.
Students can now check the required minimum Z-Score for their preferred degree programme and district to see their eligibility for university admission.
