Organization: Local Loans and Development Fund (LLDF) – A statutory institution under the Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government.
Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Director.
Nature of Appointment: This is a permanent Senior Management vacancy with entitlement to Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees' Trust Fund (ETF).
Vacancies: 01.
Qualifications (External Applicants):
- Applicants must hold a degree in Management, Commerce, Accountancy, Business Administration, or Public Administration recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
- Must possess a postgraduate degree in a relevant field or Associate Membership of a recognized Chartered Professional Institute.
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of management-level experience in a Government, Statutory, or reputed private institution is required after obtaining the degree.
Qualifications (Internal Applicants):
- Internal candidates must meet the external requirements or have at least five (05) years of satisfactory service in a Grade 1 post within the Management Services (MM) category.
Age Limit: Candidates should be between 35 and 55 years of age (upper age limit is not applicable to internal applicants).
Salary Scale: Rs. 140,640 - 202,140 (HM 1-1-2025).
