Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO) - External Recruitment

Project Site: East Container Terminal of Sri Lanka Ports Authority

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• A Postgraduate Degree from a recognized University in Business Administration, Management, Port Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Chartered Membership in the respective professional field.
• At least five (05) years of active experience in a Senior Management level position specifically in container terminal operations.

Key Skills:

• In-depth understanding of container terminal processes, berth planning, and yard utilization.
• Familiarity with terminal operating systems (NAVIS, TBA, or Tideworks) and digital twin technology.
• Strong leadership skills to manage diverse operational teams and stakeholders.

Age Limit: Below 60 years.

Salary: Negotiable.
